Project Description:

The Town of Hayden faced limited staff during a transition in the Planning and Zoning Department. CPS stepped in to support with on-call development review services. Several projects were completed for the Town through on-call development review services, which allowed Town staff to transition into planning roles without the pressure of immediately working on time-dependent projects. When the Town was able to secure the funds for a workforce housing project, CPS provided development review services to process the preliminary and final plats through the town process.
