Megan has nearly a decade of experience working with communities and bringing people together to achieve their goals. As a planning engagement specialist, she created and led outreach strategies that allowed community members to meaningfully participate in the planning process. Before shifting to a career in planning, Megan managed statewide initiatives in Montana that elevated community voices and developed long-term engagement strategies.

Megan grew up in eastern Washington and attended the University of Montana where she earned her BA and MA in political science. After seven years working with communities across the state, Megan and her husband moved to Colorado where she discovered her passion to help communities remain authentic and adapt to change. When she's not working, you can find Megan singing in community choir, playing card games at a brewery, and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Andy, and their dog, Ruca.
