Project Description:

Over the past few years, Silverthorne, located in the heart of Summit County, Colorado, began experiencing an abundant number of housing redevelopment projects. Following the flagship project – Fourth Street Crossing – which created a mixed-use downtown core, residential development projects increased exponentially. Coupled with staff turnover and an increasingly competitive job market, the Town looked to CPS to add capacity to review and facilitate the review of the development applications. CPS has successfully taken the lead on multiple applications and application types since beginning our relationship with the Town in 2022.
