Project Description:

CPS provides on-call municipal planning services to the City of Fountain, supporting the Planning Department in processing a steady caseload of current planning applications. Working under the supervision of the Planning Manager, CPS manage and review a variety of application types, including Minor Subdivisions, Planned Unit Developments, Special Use Permits, and Annexations.

Through this partnership, CPS ensures that land use services are delivered in a timely, comprehensive, and efficient manner. The team brings reliable expertise in municipal planning and help maintain consistency and responsiveness during periods of high application volume.
